Service Description

These one-on-one lessons focus specifically on improving conversational skills, which include both listening and speaking practice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the start time of the session. If made before this time, a refund will be issued in full. If made after this time, there will be no refund issued, but your session will be rescheduled. In the case of a no-show, the session will not be refunded. Si se realiza antes de esta hora, se emitirá un reembolso completo. Si se realiza después de este momento, no se emitirá un reembolso, sino se re-programará la sesión.
